The client owned a semi-detached house that was not working for the family’s requirements. There was a need for an extra bedroom on the ground floor to accommodate her aging parents and a hope to create a master bedroom to gain extra space for the first floor. We created two bedroom suites in a double-storey side extension, complemented by a single-storey rear extension to expand the family's shared living space.
