The site contained a steel framed agricultural barn; the existing barn on one side being two stories, and the other side being single story. Compared to most Class Q conversations, the existing barn was smaller. The client’s project requirement was to create a three-bedroom family home. Although constrained by the limited space available, we were able to fulfil the client’s expectations.
